This project is a collation of the designs I produced for The Sound Reserve, a music company who specialises in composing sounds for Meditation, Focusing & Sleep. Along with this, The Sound Reserve also implement sustainability by planting trees for a certain amount of plays received on their soundtracks. Below are a selection of some Album Covers, Social Media posts and App promoting designs.
These videos were created using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. They were designed specifically for Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook & Twitter) ranging from facts about the company to information about the soundtracks they compose.
I had incorporated moving type, specific sounds for actions and used The Sound Reserve’s own music in some of these videos. I felt it was important to provide a variety of short animations as the content in these are most eye-catching when audiences view these posts.
Certain elements had to be kept consistent throughout the varying designs such as The Sound Reserve’s logo and use of green tones which are present in the logo. These shades of green connote the nature factor as well as having a correlation with Safety, Growth and Health; all key components kept in mind when The Sound Reserve’s music is created. It was necessary to mention how listening to the soundtracks can not only improve your mental health but also have a positive effect on nature and outdoors by the planting of trees. I emphasised this point throughout some videos and still-image posts.
